Process Overview
To facilitate processing, we require the requests be addressed to Cofinex. In the event that law enforcement is not sure which entity the request needs to be addressed to, please outline all the legal entities identified.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
Cofinex is committed to voluntarily cooperating with law enforcement requests from all jurisdictions in accordance with our terms of use, privacy policy, and applicable law.
Request System
Submit all law enforcement requests via the Cofinex Information Request System.

Required Information
To aid the expedient review of information requests, international law enforcement officers are advised to provide specific identifiers and legal documentation in their request documents.
Cross-Border Assistance
For investigations involving jurisdictions outside of the entity's incorporation, Cofinex requires compliance with international legal protocols.
MLAT Compliance
We strictly adhere to Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties to ensure the lawful exchange of information between nations.
